Burt & Max’s Rolls Out New Signature Menu Items for Season

Burt & Max’s Executive Chef, Dan Moore has created over 10 new additions for this year’s seasonal menus, as well as revisions to some of Burt & Max’s popular favorites. This is Chef Moore’s first full menu roll out of changes since rising from sous chef to executive chef this past summer. -Ultimate Cheeseburgers (Starters & Happy Hour)– Aged white cheddar, smoked gouda, sweet pickled red cabbage and sriracha mayo
-White Wine Mussels (Starters)- toasted baguette
-Chili Garlic Mussels (Starters)- white wine, ginger, garlic, chili, cilantro, grilled baguette
-Roasted Vegetable (Wood Fired Pizzas)- baba ganoush, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, goat cheese, mozzarella and lemon dressed spicy arugula
-Shortrib-Maytag Blue (Wood Fired Pizzas)– shortrib, ricotta, maytag blue, roasted shallots
-Pancetta-Fennel (Wood Fired Pizzas)- tomato sauce, pancetta, roasted fennel, ricotta & provolone – garnish with fresh black pepper
-Oak Grilled 10 oz Pork Chop (Large Plates)- parmesan cheese, E.V.O.O., fried garlic mashed potatoes, butter roasted brussels sprouts
-BBQ St. Louis Ribs (Large Plates)- coleslaw, steak fries, house made bbq sauce (bbq sauce now made in house)
-Idaho Spring Farms Trout Francese (Large Plates)– lightly egg-battered & griddled, lemon-parsley butter, jasmine rice, roasted asparagus, peppadew peppers
-Orange-Grande Marnier Brioche French Toast (Brunch)- vanilla bean cream cheese whipped cream, orange-blueberry compote
-Homemade Lox Platter (Brunch)- chili-lime tequila cured salmon, toasted bagel, whipped cream cheese, vine ripened tomato slices, shaven red onion, capers
-Homemade Granola with Yogurt (Brunch)- plain yogurt, fresh fruit
-Stacked Beef Enchiladas Rancheros (Brunch)– ground beef in enchilada sauce, smoked gouda, & aged white cheddar, corn tortillas, two fried eggs, crispy tortilla strips
