Max’s Grille is thrilled to announce a nostalgic culinary journey that will take guests back to the original flavors of the iconic Ft. Lauderdale restaurant, Carlos & Pepe's, for one night only. This exclusive event will feature a reunion of two of the initial founders, Chef Carlos Pugliese and Burt Rapoport. Chef Carlos has crafted a menu featuring his original Carlos & Pepe's recipes that started it all back in 1978. This evening is dedicated to reliving the magic of Carlos & Pepe's and celebrating the legacy that these two culinary legends launched four decades ago.
