Wine & All that Jazz!
August 29, 2017 | Events, Restaurants
This year, all of Rapoport’s restaurants participated in the annual Boca Chamber event, Wine & all that Jazz. Held on Saturday, August 26, guests were treated to more than 100 fine wine tastings in addition to select spirits. Some of Boca Raton’s finest restaurants provided the bites (that’s where we came in). Plus there was a a VIP room with live entertainment, live music, dancing and exciting auction and raffle prizes!
Burt & Max’s table was manned by Executive Chef Patrick Broadhead and General Manager/Managing Partner Steve Mann. Chef Broadhead was serving up Watermelon Feta Skewers with Blackened Shrimp – a bite sized version of their popular Watermelon and Feta Salad on their menu.
Sous Chef Michael Whiteman held down the Deck 84 table serving up the fan-favorite Tuna Tartare. Served in a spoon, this tasty bite packed a punch featuring soy & pineapple vinaigrette, cucumber, toasted sesame, red miso aioli, and micro garlic chive.
Executive Chef Dan Moore and employee Rachel Oyler from Henry’s rounded out “Rapoport’s Row” with a Bulogogi Pork Belly tasting- topped with a prawn cracker, watermelon radish and micro slaw.
Even our newest restaurant Prezzo made an appearance, taking over a corner of the B&M table. Looking forward to hosting you all at Prezzo this fall!
Fun was had by all. We look forward to next year’s event!
